The iPhone 6 and 6 Plus came out September 19.

With all the buzz circling the new iPhone as the

next big thing, critics were not sure that it would

live up to expectations.

New phone means new features added to the

already popular phone. One very noticeable

feature is the bigger screen. The iPhone 6 has a 4.7-inch and features a 1334 x 750 display and the

iPhone 6 Plus has a 5.5-inch and features a 1920 x 1080 display.

Along with the larger screen, the iPhone 6 also comes with the all-new iOS 8. iOS 8 has added new

features as well as refining some old ones to make it more easier to use.

iOS 8 has been the update diehard Apple fans have been looking for. Apple has added new messaging

features like the ability to leave a group chat or send a voice message. With the redefined smart

keyboard, it can predict what you are going to say even before you know what you are going to say.

In iOS 8, there is a convenient new way to respond to notifications. With the all new “Quickly reply”

feature, the user can respond to texts without exiting the current application they are in. If read

receipts are activated, this feature will send one to the recipient. The user can also send their location

to a friend or record a personal happy birthday message to their grandma. Apple is just making life a

whole lot easier for the everyday person.

New improvements to iCloud Drive make it even easier to find your documents from your phone and

computer. You can work on any document from any device. Now you will have no excuse why you did

not do the paper assigned two weeks ago.

Apple Pay, a new feature that essentially turns your smartphone into a credit card. This feature is to

be launched in October and should be a game changer for the consumer market.

Another awesome feature added to the iPhone is an all new health application. With this application,

you have no reason not to be in the best shape of your life. Now your activity tracker, heart rate

monitor and other health and fitness applications can talk to each other which means they will be

able to work even harder for you.

With all these changes to the iPhone, people are swarming to their local Apple store to get the latest

phone and update. Some say this phone out years ago when the Galaxy first came out. Some say it is

its own thing completely original and superior to all. That is for you to decide.
