Before going off to Thanksgiving break, a hand-picked group of seniors had a solemn task before them.

After more than three years of collaboration among alumni, faculty, and administration, the Honor Council presented the new Honor Code to each and every Theology class. The Code, which is intended to promote a culture of trust and dedication among the school community, will become an integral part of everyday life in and out of the classroom.

While short term changes are still in the works, the Code carries with it a much larger goal. Its implementation and enforcement over the coming months and years signify a genuine turning point in community life. It ultimately seeks to change the mindset of everyone involved.

The Code invokes the same Scripture passage that our school motto calls to mind, seeking to build young men who serve the world around them with a sense of purpose and dedication
