Bill O’Brien, the Head Coach for the Houston Texans, will be delivering the commencement speech to the class of 2016 at graduation.

Football coaches are known for their motivational speeches. Because of this trait, it only makes sense to obtain a big time football coach to motivate the graduating seniors before they depart for college.

O’Brien, is entering his third season as the Texans Head Coach. He has also held coaching positions for numerous other top tier organizations such as: Georgia Tech, The New England Patriots, and Penn State. His success as a college coach was noticed by several NFL teams who fought for him to join their franchise, but O’Brien pickled Houston.

Bill O’Brien was a large character on HBO’s series ‘Hard Knocks’ where his explosive attitude and sincere care he has for his players was put on national display. He has the unique combination of a tough love mentality coupled with the connection he is able to make with his players.
