I feel like students should have the opportunity to purchase their own assigned spot in the parking garage. I think it should cost a little extra than normal, maybe $25 or so and be first come first serve. The reason for this would be that many students think that they have their “own” spot and when others park in it, they get angry. Also, for people with very large cars, such as myself, we cannot fit as easily into some spots. I have to get to school much earlier than I would like to just to get the spot that I want and I believe assigned spots would be the solution to this problem as well as saving time for students and causing less havoc in the parking garage.
